Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot process a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Note: Gift cards & undergarments are non-returnable.
To initiate a return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer directly.
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted:
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at info@vintagepitch.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, we will mail you a gift certificate. If the gift was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or was shipped to the gift giver first, we will refund the gift giver.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
For items valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
